August 12, 2019  The opening of the festival will take place in the evening on August 13 in the Ryazan Kremlin. Take off of balloons at 18:50-19:00 (subject to weather conditions). The concert program will start at 18:00, and from 18:15 to 20:30 you can enjoy the evening glow.
The festival will end on August 17. The award ceremony will be held from 17:30 to 19:30.
Admission is free. Time: August 12 -18, 2019
