Время и место проведения:  Ryazan is considered to be the capital of Russian airborne troops. Ryazan college of V.F. Margelov is the only place in the country that trains airborne troop officers — the Russian army elite force.
There is a major concert held during the celebrations. The performers are the students of the college. |
